A door in the basement leads to the backyard (it has a one step ledge out of the basement) simplifying the removal of the pool table, pinball machines, washer and dryer, chest freezer, metal cabinets, bookshelves, wrought iron table and chairs, and some barrister bookcases. Anything in the basement can go out this door. You will NOT have to climb a flight of stairs with these items.
