Location is Delaware Corporation Storage, STE 604 at 7965 General Puller Hwy, Topping VA.  More items will be added over the next week, and descriptions will be updated so check back often. Preview and Pickup Information: This is an online only auction which will begin to close on May 7 at 7:00 PM at the rate of 4 lot per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended back to one minute. That extension will continue until there is no further bid advancement.  Preview for this auction will be Thursday, Ma6 7 from 3 to 5 PM. Pickup will be on Saturday May 9  from 9 AM to 3 PM. All items must be paid for by 3 PM Saturday May 9.  Shipping is not available for this auction.  Terms of the Sale: Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented by 5 PM on May 7.  Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. Payment: Cash, Credit or Debit Card (3% Fee Applies), and Wire Transfer ($10 Fee Applies) are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, card, or wire transfer must be made before any items are removed from the sale.
