Bidding at Walnut Hill Auctions is easy, fun, and convenient!  To join the bidding, start by creating an account: Click the REGISTER TO BID button, and if you’re new to our platform, select SIGN UP to create a username and password.  Once your account is established , you’ll need to REGISTER for this specific auction.  As part of the registration process, you’ll be asked to provide a valid credit card. While we don’t charge your card, we do place a $100 authorization hold to verify your identity, the card is not stolen, and payment ability. This is not a charge; it typically disappears from your account within a few hours.  Once you’ve successfully registered, you’re ready to bid! You can place two types of bids: Standard Bid: Place a bid at the next available increment. Max Bid:  Set a maximum bid, and our system will automatically bid on your behalf at the lowest possible increments to keep you ahead.  If another bidder outbids you or your maximum bid is reached, you’ll receive an email notification—just be sure to check the box to receive bidding alerts during registration. Yes, you can always bid again in order to ensure your win! If your invoice totals $1,000 or more, cash or certified funds are the only method of payment accepted. This may be waived at the auctioneer’s discretion if you are a known, and well-established, customer. A $10 bank fee will be added to each wire transfer.  Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions, they may change from sale to sale.
